Exhibitors and vendor attendees may cancel up to July 1 and are subject to a 25% cancellation fee (not including any non-refundable deposits). No refunds after July 1.
Qualified attendees may cancel 30-days prior without a cancellation fee. After that time, there are no refunds. Substitute attendees are welcomed.
In the event the August 2021 conference is postponed due to COVID-19, 100% of any payments made to CCC will be credited to the next conference.
