The Combined Claims Conference (CCC) exhibit hall has 98 exhibiting companies and draws over 1,100 attendees over the two-day period. CCC offers three levels of exhibitor packages to best fit your company needs. All exhibitor packages include two 2-day passes.

All packages include a 500 watt electrical outlet (additional power available for purchase)

Tricord Exhibitor Kit
The exhibitor kit will be emailed from Tricord to the contact on your exhibit booth order. If you do not receive the exhibitor kit, or need to change your company contact, please email email@example.com.
Notice to Exhibitors:
While the CCC expects to be able to accomodate a full exhibit hall in August 2021, the COVID-19 event guildelines are still undetermined. CCC is keeping track of the exhibit booth orders as they are received and paid in full. In the event we are not able to accommodate a full exhibit hall due to COVID-19 restrictions, booth orders will be cancelled and refunded in the order they were paid in full. If you have any questions, please contact the CCC meeting planning office.
Because capacity limits inside exhibit halls are still undetermined, exhibiting companies will be limited to the two complimentary company passes to work your booth. Exhibitor will not be able to purchase additional passes for company representatives. This is too ensure the quailified and scholarship attendees are able to enter the exhibit hall. This two pass company maximum for exhibitors may change later this Summer as capacity limits become more clear.
