Exhibit Booths reservations for the 2021 conference are now closed! Deposits for the March 2022 conference will open at the conclusion of the 2021 conference.
The Combined Claims Conference (CCC) exhibit hall has 89 exhibiting companies and draws nearly 1,000 attendees over the two-day period. CCC offers three levels of exhibitor packages to best fit your company needs. All exhibitor packages include two 2-day passes.
Booth dimensions are 8x10
All packages include a 500 watt electrical outlet (additional power available for purchase)
6ft table, two chairs and a small waste basket included
Booth setup is on Monday, August 9th from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Tuesday, August 10th from 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 a.m.
Booth teardown is on Wednesday, August 11th beginning at 2:15 p.m. Exhibitors may NOT teardown before 2:15 p.m.

Due to the CCC Conference Safety Measures and Duty of Care, we ask that exhibiting companies limit the number of company representatives inside your booth to TWO company reps max. If security notices more than two company reps working your booth at one time, they will be asked to leave the exhibit hall.
Additional passes for exhibitors: If your company has more than two representatives attending the conference, they may purchase passes additional exhibitor passes by adding the product to "Your Cart" at the bottom of this page. 2-day pass = $750. 1-day pass = $500. NOTE: there are no "discounted extra passes" for exhibitors this year.
