All requests for refunds must be made in writing and should be sent to:

Exhibitors may cancel 30-days prior to the conference dates and are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Attendees may cancel 30-days prior without a cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after February 28, 2011.
There are no refunds for sponsorships or golf tournament registration fees.
